Big Hall (Brockton High) Big Music, Big Fun!

I have been invited to continue as "The Voice of the Symphony" and serve as Master of Ceremonies. I gleefully accepted. My latest ad for the Brockton Symphony Orchestra includes clips from 5 of the many pieces that you can hear if you join us for the concert. Here's the text of the ad:

The Brockton Symphony returns to Brockton High for Maestro Emilian Badea’s joyous Holiday Pops Concert on Sunday, December 17th at 3:00 PM.

Rejoice and celebrate with joyous world music and familiar favorites. Kate Higgins’s South Middle School Chorus sings "Still, Still, Still.” Sing along with Anderson’s “Christmas Festival,” and clap to Strauss, "Radetzky March.”

Soloists include vocalist Renese King, Pianist Tudor M. Bota, and Dr. Badea on accordion. The program includes Christmas and Hanukah songs, Folk songs, jazz, polka and a tango; composers from Shostakovich to Strauss, Enya to Glenn Miller, and too many more to mention.

Tickets purchased at the door are Adults $30.00, seniors and students $25.00, 18 and under free. Purchase in advance and save $5.00 at Brockton Symphony dot org, or call 508-588-3841.
