Fun for Young People of all ages!



Here's the copy in the ad: The Brockton Symphony Orchestra presents music from Mary Poppins, The Sound of Music, and more at the 50th Anniversary Children’s Concert on Sunday, March 6th at 3 PM at the Brockton High School Auditiorium. See artwork by Brockton students on a 20 foot screen; listen to the Brockton High School Concert Band, the Plouffe Academy Gold Band, and the South Middle School Jazz Choir. Brockton Symphony Players surround two pianos as Carol Chaffee and Amy Korim play Saint-SaĆ«ns' Carnival of the Animals, narrated by Harry Williams and special guest Ken Feinberg. Amy Korim performed it with the Brockton Symphony 50 years ago, when Mary Poppins and The Sound of Music were released. Adult tickets are Ten dollars, children Five, under five free.
